To prepare your pet for surgery, please pick up food after 10 pm the night before the procedure. Your pet may have water overnight, but please pick up the water in the morning.
Please consult your doctor regarding whether or not to give any medications the day of the procedure.
Generally, drop-off time for anesthetic procedures is between 8 -8:30 am, unless otherwise directed.
Pre-anesthetic bloodwork is required on all anesthetic procedures. This bloodwork is important in screening for infection, organ dysfunction, anemia, and coagulation issues. This helps us ensure the safety of your pet while under anesthesia and recovery afterward.
We offer post-operative laser therapy for spays, neuters, growth removals, dental extractions, and wound treatments. The benefits of laser therapy are many and can be found at this link.
