Fairfax Veterinary Hospital is proud to be partnering with Positively Balanced Canines to offer group obedience classes. Our Fairfax Vet team wants to promote and support animal welfare in its totality by offering services that are geared toward both physical and mental health.

As part of our holistic approach, we believe behavior is a very important component to mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Training also serves to strengthen the ever-important human-animal bond. Positively Balanced Canines was created by, Ellen Burdell, a certified dog trainer with a passion to help owners and their pets communicate more effectively, enrich their bond, and create a more peaceful home environment. Ellen works with all breeds, all issues. She will unpack what it really means to communicate with your dog in positive and effective ways so that we can achieve your goals. Using reliable techniques and unique approaches, Ellen is here to help you achieve those goals with custom plans.
